For track, I have to wear spandex shorts and shirt for my uniform. It's just like wearing a wrestling singlet except in 2 pieces. But what I need help with is how to prevent a bulge. I will admit that it looks Very sexy! But i dont want to be sexy around my parents because its really awkward around my parents so I try and just wear pants or shorts over when I'm around them. But then when I am racing I have to take whatever I'm wearing off and my bulge is there for all to see! Everyome else has this same problem because....well....it's easy to see. But what should I do? does this happen to anyone else? Should I just leave it and not care what people see or think?

If your parents aren't there then show of off as much as you can!! But whilst your parents are around then just let your stuff hang naturally and do what it wants - Im sure they'll understand.

Sorry but there is no way to hide a bulge. All you can do is look confident and not worry about it

i would just say don't think about it and don't draw attention to it because it would be inarrassing to me. If someone actually says something to you about it then try to like tuck it in or something like that. Hope i helped

The amount of immaturity in this thread is striking. If you have a bulge, which most men will have when wearing spandex, tighter shorts, certain types of pants, etc..., then so be it. You don't need to parading around flaunting it. That's just totally unrealistic and is such terrible advice. Just act like it's not there, like the majority of people would do.
