Do any of you take protein shakes ? What type/brand ? How long did it take for you to see results ? How many days a week do you work out and for how long ?

I do Whey Protein shakes. You don't necisarely see results when taking protein shakes, the protein just gets transferred to your muscles so it can help them to recover faster, it nourishes your muscles.

I workout 2-3x a week, for 30-50 minutes every workout. I also take 2 mile brisk walks 2-3 times a week. GNC is a great brand. But generic brands are ok too.

I take Musashi Protein shakes, I've used Mr Muscle as well.
I work out five days a week with an average of 1hr 30 mins.
I do cardio (3-5 mile run or 10+ mile cycling), ab, arm and pec workouts.
Protein isn't a magical thing that gives you muscle, but it helps your muscles recover and rebuild. If you work out properly, you should see change in your body in around 4 weeks.

correct, protein wont actually do anything on its own. it is a necessary building block to the creation of muscle. if u put the time in and do your best the results will come quickly, if u screw around and expect to see results, you wont

What everyone said above is true. It won't get you results on it's own. You have to have good workouts and the protein nourishes the muscles. And protein shakes won't necesarily give you what you're looking for. You need to make sure that you are getting enough protein throughout the entire day. Remember...it's a supplement. That means it is to supplement a healthy diet.

yes i take muscle milk whey protein and i take it after working out for and hour and a half. id say i saw results within a couple weeks of taking it.

I used to be a bit chubby so I started drinking "Slim Right" It was very effective and I started seeing results with a few days. I also started doing P90X. Best decission ever as you can see :P

I take 3 shakes of carnivore beef protein every day, I do this along side a very strict eating plan, I train 5-6 times a week and I am seeing huge results, protein isn't a magic shake that makes big muscles, it's a building block to the muscle, with hard work and correct diet and supplements you can change your body a huge amount in not a huge amount of time, if you ever need any advice feel free to drop me a message I'll be more than happy to help

i was on quickmass for a while and gained quite a bit of weight. I work out around 3-4x a week. On my non-weight lifting days, i perform aerobic exercises (i.e. interval runs).

im not taking protein shakes anymore, atm im using EAA and Creatine as suppliments
