Lately I have noticed that my 6 pack has been starting to look like an 8 pack and has become more defined, my pecks have also seemed to increase in their flexed size too. What the heck is going on here? I shouldn't be building this much muscle as I don't work out, Could someone explain this to me?

It's kinda the same thing for me... It's almost like I'm not doing anything that I notice... But hey I'm not complaining right!

Pending your every day activities and your metabolism there are many things that might influence your shaping.

Honestly bud, why complain?

Things that have a large impact is metabolism, diet and activity level....

yes, but what really set me off was that I'm starting to get an 8-pack which I didn't even know I could get at my age. i thought you had to be around 18 to be able to get an 8-pack.

No, not at all. You are young and most likely skinny so I would suggest you talk to your parents if you are actually worried about it.

just because u have an 8 pack doesnt mean ur ab muscles are superb, just means that there is so little fit on ur abdominal section that it allows it to be shown. powerlifters dont have 8 packs but they have some of the strongest abs in the world, but they have a fair amount of fat hiding them

It makes sense that I have little body fat, ever since I was in 5th grade fat has been melting off of me, I've heard that if you eat small amounts throughout the day your body isn't overwhelmed and dosn't produce extra fat. I've been like this since 5th grade. If I eat more food than what equals about the size of my fist, my stomach will hurt. but yet I nibble on food throughout the day. Now I feel like my body developed a safety feature in a way that keeps me from eating too much, although that probably dosn't make sense.

Your either building small amounts of muscle, you've gotten more tan (yes you can look more defined with a tan), or puberty. Sometimes in puberty some people tend to grow more and lean out, as they grow their metabolism increases. You also might be eating lower then your daily calories needed. Or just healthier eating. But it's nothing to complain about ;)

I agree with Dimitri, but having an 8 pack isn't anything special if you don't have pecs and descent arms. About 40% of my schools guys have abs, 20-30% of them have abs cause they are skinny. Also, when you have little body fat, your abs don't have any fat covering them so there more visible. But since you never workout I'd expect your abs are weak.

I sometimes to do a military grade workout when I can't sleep. that could also be contributing to this, but I rarely ever do that so its unlikely that its helping much.
