Well your penis size is normal for your age because the average for an adult is around 5+ inches and you said yourself you hit that mark.

As for sneaking a peak at other. I would be advisable to stop. simply because if you get caught you could end up in trouble or worse.

As for how to get you and your friend to experiment. We cannot really discuss this type of stuff on the forums.
