Whenever I get up in the morning, my voice is super low. This is normal right?

So it started like, 3 years ago. Every morning my voice is extremely low, and it takes a while of talking to get it back to normal. But it's off and on, like every few weeks it gets extremely low for a few mornings then goes away. It started since I turned 14 or so, is this a way my voice is changing to low? This is normal right?

Yeah pretty normal I'd say, happens to me every day, kinda low at first then gradually returns to normal.
