Ever been surprised if youve seen someone's dick/balls for first time (like locker room or whatever) because they've been much bigger or smaller than you would have expected? Was it a puberty thing? Were they further into puberty than you thought or not?

Okay, it was awkward, I was having a sleepover at one of my friends houses and he took a shower, and we were sleeping in the same room, and he came in after the shower wearing pajama pants and a shirt but the crotch was undone, and he was smaller then me by a pretty large margin, yes it surprised me. We are about at the same stage in puberty, I think.

By the start of 10th grade, he was towering above me. We got put in the same gym class, so I got to see him naked for the first time.
