Locker room question

I'm kinda weird in my own way but I have no problem changing infront of strangers but if it is infront of people I know or freinds I cant do it.
How do you handle it? And if your uncut/cut and the other person is cut/uncut how do you handle that?:confused:

I'm the same , don't mind changing and even showing my nob in front of strangers but p.e lessons are awkward ! Just don't be affraid really as long as you don't get hard its fine , if anyone. Is judging your size just ask them why the hell their looking ! :P

Well you don't really need to change your underwear at school for gym, so it doesn't really need to be any kind of big deal. Or at my school at least. But even if you do need to, just don't think about it, people aren't going to stare, they'll be just as self conscious as you are.

I act like I don't care and I really don't care. Its shit that has go to happen.

As for the cut/uncut thing that again don't care about it. The second you start to worry is the second you start thinking like this and you loose your confidence.

Remember if its just for gym then you don't need to strip right down until you are naked. When swimming comes this could be another story.

However encase you do.

This is a confidence issue. Like I said act like you don't care and then it becomes second nature and in the end you truly won't care if you have to change in front of mates.

Your over thinking and this is screwing with your brain. Just relax. Act like you don't care and everything will be fine. And for an added tip. Don't stare. It just looks weird.

This is a real confidence issue and that's all it really is. Nothing more.

I've been on a swim team since I was 8 so this never has bothered me cause I was small to begin with and as I grew so did my mates. Its really no big deal for me but I know that some guys use a towel to even change their underwear to their suits and don't shower after practice so I have a feeling it does bother them. I guess I figure we're all guys all have the same junk down there. As fare as the cut/uncut, I guess there was some time I wondered about it till I was able to fool with an uncut guy and found out that its just another body part just different. I remember feeling pissed that I didn't have the foreskin for a while, but now its just a normal thing

I have no problem with it, in our school, we have to strip completely down and take showers after gym.. So, many guys have seen my penis, and i have seen many guys penis.. The first times are scary kinda, and you dont know. But by the second week. You already know that every guy in that gym has seen your penis, or maybe even sneaked a look. Your problem is that your friends will say something to you, with strangers they don't know you therefore they won't say anything to you. the best thing to do is to just think that it would be awkward for a friend to make a comment about you. That really the only advice i have i have never had this problem

First few times after PE class it was scary/awkward, but now doesn't bother me at all, I shower and walk round naked after PE without any worries. At my local pool, when i'm in the change room i'm fine too. I kinda like it when i notice a random stranger sneaking a peak at local pool. I especially like getting hard when i'm showering at the local pool and seeing the reactions on peoples faces.

Just do your things and don't mind it, no matter if the people are cut/uncut. If you're embarassed, then do it as fast as you can, the quicker this will be the best you will handle it.
