Thought i might get some good advice here. let me explain the situation, i have a friend we'll call C and he likes this girl called E and we are all in the same group of friends and i knew he liked her. Anyway a lot of us went camping (nothing extreme just in the local woods) and well we got quite drunk and the short story is that i kissed E, and although i enjoyed myself at the time as soon as i sobered up i felt like shit, like i'd betrayed a friend. But i thought y'know be a man and face the consequences so i told C what i had done and he responded by saying that he wasn't too bothered, but the thing is he is the nicest guy in the world, bordering on the annoyingly nice at times but i know that even if he was annoyed he wouldn't say.
Anyway after that episode a few weeks later me and E where at a friends house party and a few hours in i had collapsed on the landing to try and sober up (drunk again becoming a common theme here) and she lay down next to me and asked me to kiss her and although at first i refused at first eventually she kissed me and i didn't stop her for a good few seconds and although i didn't feel as bad as the last time because i had put a stop to it as soon as my drunken mind realised what was happening, the thing is later i regretted stopping her which for some reason made me feel worse. anyway the thing is that we are both going to a friends 18th party in a few weeks in which there will be a lot of alcohol and i was wondering what i should do if she comes onto me again.
i should also mention that she does not like C in any way more than friends. the way i was looking at it when i was trying to explain my actions to myself was that why should she have to miss out on doing what she wants to do because someone likes her although that might just be the ramblings of the hungover and guilty. so if anyone has any advice what i should do if she comes onto me again it would be appreciated. :)
