What are the best Tanless Lotions under $20?

I am wanting to get a good tan look, without actually tanning :D but what are some good tanning lotions that creats a natural looking tan that will show results within 1 week and under $20?

For the most part, it's all the same. It is really all in technique of application. Sometimes it's best to use instant bronzers so that way you can see where you messed up immediately. The best thing is to go get a spray tan. These are really good at getting you covered evenly. And depending on where you go, they have ones that give you a slight instant color, and it gradually gets darker over the course of 3 days. This makes it less obvious that you just went and got a spray tan. I have know idea how much those cost though. I do know from experience with the lotions that you do NOT want to mess up. It takes several days for the mistake to be washed away.
