Girl I like, Likes someone Else

There is this girl I like, and she likes someone else. We became friends last year, and this year she is home schooled. Well, we have been texting A LOT these past two years. I mean, we text each other almost everyday, and its long conversations. She is the the kind of gf that I look for, so I asked her out. She acted like she wanted to, but she said she wanted to wait for a while (She is a big christian, and I am also a christian). We still talked all the time, and one day we went to the movies (scary movie) just as friends, but I wish it was a date. We had a really good time. We still talk all the time, but she likes someone else now. She is always talking about him, but its so awkward to me. I mean, I really like her, but she likes someone else like I like her. I just didnt know if any of you have been in this situation.

Are you sure she likes him? You're not just assuming are you?
Just because she's talking about him a lot, it doesn't necessarily mean she likes him like that. It would be very tactless of her to talk about the boy she (hypothetically) likes to you, when she knows from the past experience of you asking her out that you like her.

Alot of people have been or are in the situation where their crush likes someone eles, wait a while to see if anything happen but along as you know she likes someone eles, i would ask her out

She says she likes him and stuff. I dont mention about me asking her out that one time because I dont want to make the situation awkward and stuff. Plus I dont want to make her think Im jello, but then again if she does, then she will know that I like her still. I just dont want to ruin our relationship...All feels like Im on that MTV show "Friend Zone.".. I just want to be a good friend and, but we are Awesome friends. We have nicknames. I call her Ms. Awesomeness, and she calls me Mr. Awesomeness,lol. We are crazy,lol

I've been in this kind of situation, if she really appreciates your friendship, telling her that you like her or asking for some clarity on the subject shouldn't interfere much in your friendship.
