weird guilty feeling

so im 14 and have been m-bating on and off for a couple years and usually when i finish i feel guilty and dirty for some reason and i try to not to do it again for a while. but usually i cant help it. also i dont usually get totally naked when i do it cuz i feel akward and dont like my body, but i still feel guilty afterwards alot. anyone else had this problem??

I feel this way all the time after mostly from being told it was a sin when it was brought up, I think its normal

Hey, Ashley, I, too, wonder if your experience was anything like Beskie's...being brought up to think it was "wrong" or "dirty", say...that might explain your current feelings if you'd had it drummed into you continually when you were younger how you should basically avoid it at all costs...

yes my family is catholic and pretty strict. it sucks, i dont agree with any of that religion stuff but they think its so important.

I feel the exact same way. I feel super guilty and pray about it (My family is christian, and like Ashleys, strict) but I end up doing it again. Its not something that I'm proud of. I keep wondering; Is it a sin? I try not and do it, but it feels so good *blush*

It's not a sin at all. You're not hurting anyone, you feel good afterwards, and the "pressure" goes away for a while. Just make sure you won't be walked in on while doing it.

I've only done it a few times, but I do feel really guilty and weird :c
I'm considered the innocent one in school, so it's kinda weird. I have this strange thing where I always feel like someone I know is watching me, so I get so shamed.

You shouldn't feel guilty.....I don't..I bet the ones who say its a sin, do it too. My mom found my alum flashlight i use as a toy. She ws picking up landry and found it in my bed an could tell it had been "back there" LOL;) She said not to worry, its normal to do it and be curyous.

Go for it and most imp. have fun and find the way it feels the best for you. I used to just rub, now i HAVE to put something inside! Just me!

don't feel guilty EVERYONE does it. I do it everyday atleast twice, sometimes more. its totally normal. Don't get self contious over it :)
