Cold Feet.

Alright, for the past 2 days i've had pretty cold feet and it's not normal of me to have this issue. It's actually the first time i've had this problem. I need 2 layers of socks and a blanket to keep my feet warm. Or just stay warm in bed. Anyone know why my feet are so cold? It's not a cold season where i am so... Any ideas?

You may just have poor circulation. Do you sit around a lot? You should walk or stand more and your feet will warm up.

Actually yes, i'm pretty much bored all the time and have no friends to hang with. and since it's school holidays right now. so basically im a gamer. maybe thats the reason.

It's probably poor circulation. Maybe you should get more exercise and drink lots of water. These will help the blood get to your extremities better.

your probably right, i dont drink as much water as i should. i also don't get much excersise. still managing good shape some how lol.

Hmm. But my feet are always seriously freezing and I'm an active person, who drinks the needed amount... :L Just try different things i guess x

Like others have said, it just sounds like you have poor circulation. I have horrible circulation to my feet and fingers, to the point where they turn purple sometimes. I basically wear the warmest socks I can find and hope for the best. Sometimes if it's really bad I'll soak them in some warm water for a while and it helps a bit.
