How could my own father not trust me? I know that I have been quiet lately and I have been in my room a lot but he didn't have to check my room for drugs. I can't believe that he thinks I might be doing drugs. I cut and I'm hiding that but does he actually not trust me? How can I ever trust him if he can't trust me??

You didn't do anything wrong. Some parents just automatically fear the "worst" in their minds. They'll automatically think something like that is going on because of a change.
I wouldn't necessarily say that he doesn't trust you; I don't know him.
He may have been being "extra cautious," but didn't really suspect you of anything.
It really depends on how he is normally to tell. If he is like this a lot, then I'd question his trust. But, if this is a once in a while, "just in case" kind of thing, I don't think anything will be different.

he is very religious and it is against my religion to do drugs or self harm. It would never cross his mind that I would do drugs, but because i have been acting... different he checked. I just don't know what to think. I don't want to judge him but I don't want to be judged either.

It's an unfair situation, I agree with you there. Neither of you know what the other is thinking. If you really think that he would never suspect you of anything, then I wouldn't worry about his trust unless he persists.
See how it goes over the next few days. If he acts differently, or asks/checks for anything else, then I'd start thinking there is a problem.
Can you talk to your mother about this? Do you think that would help?

my mom is the one who told me he was looking in my room for something.
