yes it would come back kind of like arm hair, it'll be rough and all, if you want, try and trim it as short as you can and it wont be itchy

It doesn't itch when you shave your face. It doesn't grow back thicker, either. They're either terminal hairs or they're not; cutting them with a razor doesn't change that. It has a thicker appearance and rougher feel because the end of the hair is flat rather than tapered. If you don't like it just shave it. Your facial hair will be patchy and thin for at least a year, then it just comes in gradually and you can grow a mustache and sideburns if you wish.

I don't think you should shave it, but it will grow back pretty fast!

i think you should shave, because, 1. you're going to have to some time. and 2. it's hella embarrassing to have people walk up to you and say you've got some dirt on your face or to have a family member say you need to shave EVERY DAY.

i shave, and as long as you keep shaving it wont grow back! i mean it will eventually but.. eh, you know what i mean.

i say shave.

and plus you can get some practice over the summer
and then you wont have to go to school with cuts

Well, you may trim it if you can. (It's pretty hard) But, yeah, it grows fast. I've been shaving since 5th grade and now, I shave every week.
