hi people !
i had a few quick questions
i think this goes here?
i see people comment "QFT" a lot
and like other fancy lingo
what does it all mean?
i get confused when i read stuff..
lol
but yea i would like to know so i know whats going on
is there a list of words that i should know for this site?

Nope, there's no list.

Although that's just internet slang for "Quoted For Truth" - whenever you see any slang word, just type it in at www.urbandictionary.com and it'll come up with the definition of those words

I had to look up QFT also :lol:

I think this could go into TWPR, since the HQ is for questions to the staff and about the site.

WPR is the abbreviates version of "The White Padded Room."

Stickies are threads that remain at the top of the forum. Each forum has it's own stickies.

ok well there's sticky (which is a thread that's up at the top of the thread index) and those threads stay there instead of falling behind when another one gets created

TWPR stands for The White Padded Room, our general forum

That's basically it...I guess you could PM me or someone else if you have any more questions :P
Plus just wanna say that you're posting in a thread right now - forums don't get moved to stickies. Stickies are special threads and threads go in forums that are part of a parent forum that's part of a board!

It's so complicated I know! :P

i guess i just gotta get used to abbreviating each forum name (for example: The White Padded Room = TWPR)

QFT can also mean "quit fricking talking" also
sometimes i dont get acronyms too but i learn them after a while
