I'm in no way qualified to answer this question, I personally have a trainer that tells me what to do. I've always used some type of equipment, but I wouldn't say I have much in the muscles department. Sorry bud...

Your current workout will work very well as it is, but I have a few tips.(just click on the highlighted words for more info.)

For non equipment exercises, stick to pushups (http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2011/02/15/proper-push-up/) and pullups (http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/07/31/how-to-do-a-proper-pull-up-and-why-you-need-to-do-them/). As for running, instead of going long distance do high intensity sprints with short breaks in between.

If you have access to a bench press and a weight set than the best exercises to build strength are power lifting techniques, which are deadlifts (http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/07/22/deadlift-the-ultimate-exercise-not-just-for-zombies/), squats (http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/07/08/why-you-need-squats-in-your-workout-and-how-to-do-them-right/) and the bench press.

As said, that will help you a little. As Peter said above, do more quick sprints not just distances. Free weights may help a little, but if you have access to equipment that would help too.

running is going to lean u out so its not the best for muscle building, doing pushups will build chest and tricep strength along with core strength if u do good form ones, do pullups so u build ur lats and do chinups to help build ur lats and biceps. u dont need equipment but ur not gonna gain alot of muscle without heavy resistance, also there is no workout to just get ABS. u have to eat right to get them, doesnt matter what u do, i use to do situps with a 90lb dumbell on my chest 15 times and my abs didnt get visible till i began eating healthy

Not qualified! But it seems like a pretty solid regiment.
