Taxing it would make so much for the gov't, I think that I wouldn't hurt to legalize. ;)

Exactly; my only other requirement would be implementing some sort of licensing program to regulate who can grow and/or sell.

I am on board with you guys as well. There is more harm in Alcohol than Marijuana, so why are we banning a drug that is less harmful than the other, but allow a more dangerous and abusive drug to be legal? Makes no sense to me.

I think it should be partially legalized. Imagine news reporters and teachers attempting to do their job baked. The medical use for weed is great. However, i don't think there should be any dispensaries too close to schools, or over run a city with them.
If you legalize it with the same laws applying to alchol, that would be fine. Even though people are going to break the rules.

This is not the appropriate section to post such a topic. People who have actual and serious addictions come in here to feel safe and to have a place to vent, get advice, talk to others about their problems and help other people who have problems; not to participate in discussions over whether a drug should be legal or not, which more than likely always leads to promotion of drugs in one way or another, which defeats the purpose of this section.

To be honest, I don't even want to move this to ROTW because of the ridiculous amount of threads made about the subject.
