is there any thing that stunts penis growth? also on the underside of my penis ther are small bumps they do not itch and i have never ever had std's they kinda look like goose bumps is it normal

Well the bumps are hair follicles mean that hair should star growing out of them. And I don't know anything to stunt penis growth.

I heard that if you take steroids for medical or personal use they can "stunt" your penis growth if im correct. probably not though lolz

I have that too, was kinda concerned at first but figured that its where the hair grows out of.

The bumps is where hair will grow and only illegal drug use like steroids will stunt ur penis growth

As for stunting growth, I believe steroids can, but I havent heard anything else.
