Ok, just a brief history.
My dad has mental health issues which started a few months before my own birth. (although I doubt my mum's pregnancy was the cause from what she has said.) He basically has Scitzophrenia
(sorry about spelling) But has never been diagnosed specifically.
I have always been suspicous of those are aound me. If people are whispering I get very suspicous that they are talking about me.
I am treated as a black sheep by almost everybody and I really worry about supid stuff and am concerned about mood changes I keep getting. Hormones? I feel like crying but don't know why.
I want to get proffessional help but don't know where to start. I don't want my mum to know either. -Unless there is something actually wrong with me.
Thanks for helping, it takes courage to share this :'(

First off bud, I am sorry for your father. Second, he is not a Schizophrenic unless he is diagnosed by a physician.
It sounds to me like you might have a slight case of paranoia. I would suggest you talk to your guidance counselor at your school, they are trained to help with situations like yours and could help you go from there, I am not accustomed to the European systems but that is what I would suggest.
Also, the mood swings, yes, it can be in fact due to hormonal imbalances due to puberty.

I think I will talk to somebody at school-I have somebody in mind.
Now I just have to ponder how to approach thr subject. Thanks :)

Here is how it can get, eMail them and express your wishes that you would like to talk to them or just stop in...

This. If you feel that you really trust them, then just walk in, and say,
"I've been feeling this this and this lately, and I was wondering if I could talk to you about it." They aren't going to judge you or tell anyone unless there's a problem; they are there to help you.
Good luck!

Hey man, I agree with Dimitri on this one. It sounds an awful lot like paranoia. Yes there is a form of schizophrenia that may seem similar, but that is in very extreme situations and involves hallucinations and voices. There is also another psychological disorder very similar to paranoia but a bit more serious. - I would say based off of your description you don't have much to worry about, I think it is pretty common for people to think other people are taking about them.
I would seek help from a guidance counselor, they should know more about your situation than members of this forum.

A lot of people experiance paranoia from the very mild to the extremes. It's normal, of course but sometimes it's just nice to have someone to talk it through and sort everything out. Esecially if you have the more serious cases of paranoia it's good to get some proffesional help about what you can do.
Don't worry because lots of people get paranoid about one thing or another. I wouldn't say it was un-normal.
