Did you take that from your 4S Hunter?
Really nice shot, nice coloring, (that quality is almost the same as my 600 dollar camera :|)

No not from my phone, I took it with my fuji finepix I think it's what's its called.

You dont always have to wait for it to rain to take this photo. Just use a spray bottle

You need to diffuse your flash a little or turn it off completely. It's not all that bad but has the potential to look incredible.

Definitely. The best way to improve is to walk outside with your camera and shoot away, really. And get some critique from others (hopefully they know what they're doing lol).
I'm strongly against heavy manipulation or editing. Don't depend on it EVER to make your work look good/better.
