2. Personally I would go to the doctor for this one. If he is uncut and can't pull his foreskin back at all then it may be too tight. But ou couls try using lube first before going to the doctor.

The foreskin one, I'm the same way. It's no big deal. It's actually normal for some boys not to be able to pull it all the way back till after puberty. Just try stretching it a little at a time. After puberty, or if you are still really worried, you can always ask for steroid cream from a doctor. You guys need to stop freaking people out. I didn't even know it was supposed to go back till I was 13, and after jacking off enough, it slowly comes back more and more. Mine goes about halfway down the head.
