I am uncut but I am able to pull my foreskin all the way back till it looks like I'm cut. From my experience jo with out some kinda lube if ur cut would not be alot of fun. I do have friends that are cut and jo dry(no lube) and get off but, to me its much easier to jo with foreskin and no lube.

It makes the most sense that it would be better with foreskin, but I'm uncircumcised and therefore can't comment on how it feels about being circumcise. If you think about it, you have more nerves remaining when you haven't had your foreskin removed so when you stimulate those nerves it's going to feel more intense than if you have had them removed.
