dude. That's not normal. They are checking your balls for testicular cancer. I've read/heard that guys get hard quite often when getting physicals. That is the "nature" part of us. Doesn't mean your attracted to her. It was just your body reacting to a stimulus. That IS normal. But she should not have "stroked" you. There is not medical reason that I'm aware of for a doctor to touch your penis unless they are moving it out of the way to feel your balls. You're letting your hormones could your judgement, there is simply not a chance in hell that she did what you thought.

Chances are that she needed to do some sort of check as part of the physical and your erection just made it seem as though she was doing something sexual. My advise is that you just keep it to yourself, could cause a lot of problems for her if you make false claims.
