After recent events, I think that the Job Openings Forum should be locked until a Job opening is needed. Or you could just change the permissions, but locking it would be easier.

Funny thing; I thought about doing this last night. Anyway, yeah, it serves to purpose to have it unlocked while there are no openings (or rather while we are not ready to get some new staff on board just yet).
