Well, I think that it goes either way when it comes to violence: either a person finds it entertaining (if it's not happening to them) or a person finds it incredibly horrific and wishes not for it. A true demented mind would probably have no reaction to violence, torture, or extreme gore, and would just think it's ok... nothing less, nothing more - however, they might be more partial to violence, rather than passiveness.

I saw a movie once dont remember whats it called but in the beginning this dude drug a razor blade across his wrist and everybody in the room looked at me when I started laughing but the blood, it just looked sooooooo cool! So ur mind really isnt demented

As long as you don't act out the violent things in your mind to sustain the entertainment, then you are fine. If you have anger issues, or just live in a bad environment, maybe you could be thinking these things toward a certain person without actually knowing it. Be careful, don't snap and get violent.
