Stop and go while urinating

Hey guys im a 16 year old male, sometimes when I'm urinating it will stop and I'll have to push slightly then it will go again. is this bad? Does it happen to you?

There is a point where your bladder is nearly empty where the flow can stop but you can voluntarily push a little bit more out.

It is also possible to voluntarily stop and then re-start but that feels pretty much the opposite to what you describe in that it is apparent you are tensing something to stop and relaxing it again to continue.
