Ok so I had an idea for a tablet, its called the Tabtop. to me people are too obsessed with how compact technology should be, the Tabtop like a laptop and tablet in one but built for gamers. heres a description of it:

When folded, looks like a tablet, but has a keyboard that folds out from the back and then turns over to lock into place for use as a laptop (includes touchpad)
has 1 HD Multi-Touch display with same picture quality we have in our eyes.
two fold out displays that fold out like a pocket-knife and are of same resolution as main display
has 6 moniter speakers
includes bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Has slide out miniature projector built into top of monitor
Has HD Webcam
Casing is bullet-proofed with Spray-On-Truck-bed-Liner inside and out
1 Intel i7 in moniter
Two slide-out Long range Wi-Fi antennas in monitor back
x2 Intel i7 2nd Generation CPUS with multiple cooling fans
Battery with minimum 48 hour battery life when used with Tabtop
Has Blue-ray Drive
x4 USB ports
x1 HDMI port
x1 Headphone plug
x1 Microphone plug
x2 8gig Highspeed Ram
4TB Hardrive
GPS
Power adaptor is cartrige with Power port, instead of cord
x1 power cable

I'll do some sketches, Idk I might just go search for a laptop to mod. I don't want to mod my personal laptop.

The bulletproof case seems a little excessive. Yes, you want to protect it from drops, but that still seems overkill.

FWIW, I think Apple is working on a touch-screen desktop.

You've essentially described that "HP touch"-whatever computer.

To me, that sounds almost impossible to build. Think of how much stuff that would be and how hard it would be to put it together. I have never done it though, and I am guessing you have.

Yeah, it sounds a little unrealistic, if you ask me.
First off, with those features/specs, it would cost a FORTUNE to buy.
Secondly, it just seems like a odd design. Is it aimed as a tablet, or aimed as a replacement for the laptop?

Please do show us your diagrams, though. I am interested in seeing how you planned this.

Yeah, its just a dream tablet I would like to have. but still would be perfect for gamers, or atleast me anyways.

Sounds orgasmic if it were to actually be created.

But seriously? Monitor with eye-quality? That will most likely never happen. If it does then <3

Another thought about a bullet-proof case?

Let's say you drop it...sure, you may protect the actual case and the insides from most damage, but if your HD is still spinning and not entirely shut down, you still run the risk of other physical damage...if you drop it and something slips, you could be hosed as well.

I don't think a bullet-proof case would be entirely protective.

You wouldn't use a spinning HDD. You would use a SSD.

Anyway this tablet/laptop thing would be very heavy, It also sounds very impractical with the slide out screens and stuff.
