Being gay took a lot of getting used to,I told many people that were part of my life and the supported me!
I started at a new school last year & made lots of friends!
the problem is when i was younger i used to have ton of male friends but now i have hardly any
i think of straight guys as like different species i don't know how to act like them so i act like myself but the thing is i'm not the most manly of all guys
so they all look a me as gay! I was wondering if it would be better just to tell them so they can stop asking

If you feel comfortable with yourself and who you are as well as telling them then sure, I'd say go for it. However if not don't just give in to peer pressure, don't let anyone force you to come out it's your desicion.
Who says that because your a boy your friends have to be guys as well, I know quite a few gay guys where their best friends are girls and they are so happy with them. It shouldn't be about the gender it should be about who you get on bets with and you connect with. Don't worry about that.
You're on the right track, be who you want to be, don't let anyone tell you that you're "not manly enough" who says all guys have to be manly anyway. Straying from stereotypes isn't bad, it's actually really good and these people need to realise that. Don't change yourself for anyone.
Have you told any close friends yet, or anyone? If some people know then maybe they can be there to support you and it's always nice to have the encouragement of friends.

I think that it would be better if you just came out with it, and then maybe they'd act normal with you.

If you feel that the time is right and you are comfortable with the desicion then I think it sounds like a good idea. Nikki made a lot of excellent points, it seems like those friends are great and they seem like they would support you; but again only do it, if you feel it's right, if you feel you should wait, then wait, since only you can control yourself and no one else can. I wish you luck in the desicion. :)

Good luck with coming out. I know its difficult, I lost a lot of respect at my school :/ But the people who really matter will support you. I know it seems harsh, but if they don't accept you for who you are they aren't your friends.
