Shaving down there: I have a big question. IS it a real story that once you shaved the pubic hair, you have to do it forever (every week or every month) because the new hair hurts? I mean, when new hair grows up, it's a big problem?
I wanted to shave, but I'm not sure.

it doesnt hurt. if you shave your head, when there hair grows back it doesnt hurt so why should this? same logic is applied

It doesn't hurt. Some people find that they get itchy for the first few days after a shave down there, but not everyone gets that - plus it gets less itchy the more times you shave, in my experience anyway.

Noo it doesn't hurt, its just normal hair after all. It's not like your hair hurts when you have a haircut

I feel that it gets somewhat irritated, but I've shaved and then been fine except for some irritation from stubble. I prefer to trim :)

It does not hurt and as for shaving it every week, well thats down to your body itself really and how fast your hair grows.
Overall you never know until you try it and if you don't like it you don't have to do it again.
Also it can itch at the start when proper new hair starts to re-grow but that can be avoided with regular shaving and the use of an anti itch cream.

Using a pre shave lotion BEFORE and an after shave moisturiser AFTER, will reduce the itchiness, but you only have to keep shaving to keep the "just shaved" look, its up to you if you do it weekly, monthly or never again after the initial hair removal.

I shave about every week or so, not because the new hair hurts or anything, but because I like the feel of it way better. Indeed, the first time you ever shave down there may feel very weird once it's all done because you just aren't used to the feeling, but I would do it just to see if you like it or not.

I talk from personal experience. No, it does not hurt when your hairs start to grow back after you shave "down there". But for new shavers you are likely to get razor burn which causes an itching sensation. But after you shave a couple of times your body should start getting use to it and reazor burn will be a thing of the past.

I like to shave and let it grow back to a short-medium length then do it again...btw use a trimmer first like hair clippers because if u have long hair down there it will get stuck in the blade and become a huge pain so trim with clippers first fyi

From my experience, I shave every week. It just depends how long you let it grow out before you shave, but I like to shave before it gets longer that I want it. No, it doesnt hurt when you shave. Like some of them said, for the first few times, you will get razor burn, but then after those first few times, it pretty good with it shaved. It make your junk look a little bigger, feels better, and looks better.

It depends, some epople get bad razor burn, some don't get it at all. For me I got razor burn once, and after that it never hurt again. I do it about every week

No shaving dosent hurt at all and if u do it often than it dosent hurt at all, even growing back. If it does just put lotion on it, no problem.

Ive never shaved but i trim. It usually doesnt itch as much and look much better than the bare skin. Just depends on what you like.

Nope, I shaved and didn't like it so I just let it grow back. Wasn't even irritating!

I wouldnt shave because then you have to shave a lot plus the hairs come back pokey and it makes it itchy down there.
