My parents divorced when i was young and when ever i would go to my dads he would hit me with a belt if i pooped my pants. Also my mom was busy and my babysitter feed me expired food and made me sit in my poop. Now heres the part im not sure about my dad always used to "help" me pee by shaking my penis and im not sure if anything else happened or if im repressing it plz help.

Go talk to your school's counselor as they will be able to help you the best. While I cannot predict the outcome you do need to talk to someone.
