Well I'm not from the UK, but since I go to a British school, I do GCSEs too. They're in like a month's time and I'm pretty nervous, have you guys started studying yet?

I did them back when I was at school, GCSEs are not hard at all. Our school was like a pressure cooker and overprepared us too, so while it was a lot more stressful it was good being able to walk into the exam and be sure we were really prepared. Not the same deal when I hit my AS exams lol.
A month? The most I studied for my GCSEs were the night before or during the car ride to school :D

Well I'm Scottish but we run on a simmilar system of standard grades.
We have three levels, foundation,( grades 6&5) general (grades 4&3) and credit (grades 2&1) the pass for the lower mark is 50% and the higher mark is 75%.
My first exam is on Wednesday :s What the work contains is more or less the same I believe. Started studying a month and a half ago... that reminds me, time to do some now :P

Good luck with that. I take it that is computing studies. Yeah my first exam is on Thursday so I have been studying for a while. I probably won't get nervous until I go into the exam room.

By studying I assume you mean revising, If you have not been studying as the school year has progressed you have not done your self any favours.
How much time you need to revise depends on how well you know the subject. At a minimum you need to skim through the various parts of the syllabus to jog your memory. If, on the way, you find something that does not easily come back to you, you may need to do some further reading and try some examples.
You can also try some example questions from past papers - this will give you some practice and at the same time a view on how complete your knowledge is but of course any one paper may not ask a question in every area of the syllabus.

I started science revision weeks ago.
That leaves me with business studies and Engineering to revise for.
English/Maths and other subjects were finished months ago.
Year 11 BTW.

I have my first exam (iGCSE Mathematics) on Friday, and my last exam is on the 19th June, so I've got a fairly busy upcoming month and a half. I'm hoping most of the papers will work towards my favour. :P

Exams start next week. I'm quite intelligent (not to blow my own trumpet) and am not worried at all.
Good luck all!

I have Music Listening on Monday and then three final AQA FSMQ papers later in the week totalling about 6 hours of examinations in the first week... and then exams up to the 27th of June. I've been working a lot recently to try to get at least the 8A* I was predicted.

Well... Maths 3H was incredibly hard. Still, I expect I got 70 out of the 100 marks, which last year was an A...
