You could try a fauxhawk (it's like a mohawk except you can comb it down to cover up shaved areas of your head) or something similar.
Or, you know, spikes.

Part of being punk is not giving a shit about what people think about you (also not giving a shit about whether or not they think you're punk), so asking people for their opinions isn't the most "punk" thing to do. But I'd recommend first just going out and getting some hair gel and seeing what you can do with your hair.
