A few weeks ago at a party I turned down a kiss from a relatively hot girl and now people know me as the guy who turns girls down... This is becoming my reputation... Will this be good or bad for my chances with girls?
Wanting what they can't get VS Fear of rejection
I want to get the 1st but I'm scared for the second

I can't imagine it will actually affect anything at all, but if it does, it just means that whoever takes the risk (whatever it may be, in the context) is that much more "special," depending on how you look at it.

Screw what people think. If they call you "the guy that turned her down", so be it. You make your own decisions.

There isn't much you can do about changing peoples minds now. I wouldn't worry about what people think, if a girl doesn't want to go out with you because you refused one kiss then you don't need her. There will be girls who don't care about any of that and will like you for who you are and not because of who you've dated/kissed in the past.

The thing is that people are spreading my legend and are going to try and get me to deny more girls in the future so I want to know if I should do it and how it would affect my rep.

People are just stupid. No matter how hot the girl is, I don't think you should kiss them or have sex or do stuff in general if you don't like them. They are just jealous that you have the willpower to do that and that they don't.

I wish i had that rep. Lawl, i'm already known for being the ultimate pessimistic smart ass, adding turning down would be great.
It depends if you're trying to avoid girls at this age (like me) or trying to attract them. Both ways it's positive, as Sapphire said, it'd attract people who are more special.

If you are afraid of having that be bad reputation against you, You could try telling them that you just didn't want to exploit yourself the gal by kissing her, say that instead you are waiting for the right girl who you are ready to be with, and that don't want to just pass out smooches that mean nothing.
