This happens to some people, try going to the bathroom first.
Depending on your age, you may not cum so much. Sometimes it comes with age, some people just dont have huge loads.

ya. probably just go to the batroom first. because when you get hard. its just a blood rush to your penis and thats what makes it hard. and your cum and urine use the same way out. lol. so its kind of pressing against eachother. making it hard for you to cum. which is why its very hard to pee while hard.
