The only issue I see is the version of Windows you selected. You will need to buy a 64-bit version of Windows if you want to use any more than 4GB of RAM.
And on the topic of RAM, you 'need' as much as you can afford is generally what I go by. If you can afford to get 4 sticks of RAM to max out the slots on your board, go ahead and do it. You're definitely not going to hurt anything by getting more than you need right now.
Other than that, it looks like a solid build man. :)

And Newegg, as far as I'm concerned, is the best place to buy your stuff from. ;)

You can always use PAE (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_Address_Extension)(if Windoze supports it), but only if you really have something against 64-bit OSes, for whatever reason.

Windows does support PAE, but that will only increase the usable RAM from 3.25GB (Due to the total system memory being added together between the video card & the RAM. And without PAE enabled, there's only a max of 4GB of system memory allowed between all system devices), to a total of 4GB with PAE enabled. This is for both compatibility issues, and licensing issues.

A 64-bit OS really is the way to go here.

Yeah, as Brandon said, for optimal performance, get a copy of Windows 7 ____ 64 bit. Also, are you using a graphics card, or the Intel HD Graphics 3000? The HD Graphics series isn't particularly the best for gaming computers.

Everything seems good, if not a little over the top. To play even the most processor intensive games you can still get away with a quad-core i5, maybe even an i3. Your power supply is also stronger than you need, 650 would be needed if you had a better video card but with your current build you could lower that to a 500/550.

That processor with that gfx?

Save 100 and get an i5-2500k, saved money should go to Gtx 560 Ti.

There is almost no difference between i7-2600k and that i5.
