I have been labeled so many times in so many different ways. Ive been told I'm bipolar, I have OCD, PTSD, yah dah yada blah blah blah......

The point is that now my doctor has officially declared me as having:
Depression
Anxiety
PTSD

That being said, I'm still confused. Is it normal for You to hear voices in your head when you have depression? Is it typical to have these scattered, rushing thoughts? I mean, lately I have needed to write EVERYTHING down on a list just so I can remember what I thought about and what I need to do during the day. Can anyone tell me if this is depression or something worse???

Sounds pretty bad, are you seeing a pscyhiatrist?

I know myself that voices can be a symptom of depression yes, and i'd guess the need to write things down might be anxiety or depression. If your doctor has diagnosed you with those three then I'd doubt you need to worry about it being anything else, so long as you have been completely honest with them and up front about everything then I'd hope your diagnosis was correct. If you are worried though just raise the subject with your doctor for clarification they won't mind.
