Lately I have been suffering from what I thought was Carpal-Tunnel and today I spread my fingers apart on both hands and then I felt the tendons in my hand move around as I spread my fingers farther, I then forcfully spread them as far as they would go and when I released the pain to use my hands was gone. Did I manage to cure something doctors havent been able to cure without surgury? My hands now feel just as good as they did when I was little. Its like a miracle to have the pain gone and yet I dont understand it.

That's great news, but considering carpal tunnel generally requires an operation to fix if it's serious enough or at least medical treatment I doubt that's what you were experiencing. Unless you were actually diagnosed by a doctor that you did in-fact have the condition; an Internet search of your symptoms is never reliable!

I would not say that you "cured your carpal-tunnel" because unless you were diagnosed by a physician. Here is an already searched link (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/carpaltunnelsyndrome.html) from a government agency, the National Library of Medicine that has much information of the matter.

It feels great to have that pain gone all day! But it wasnt just pain my hands were always extremely tense and cramped just from the tiniest bit of writing, it didn't hurt 24/7. I can now write, and after all I have to do is crack my nuckles if my hand tenses up. I also found it is much easier to use my hands and they have regained their strength, speed, as well as cordination. i hope this clears it up.

Well it doesn't sound like carpal tunnel but still if it won't go away get professional medical help.
