So since i was 12 ive been watching porn ALOT.. i watch it all the time when masterbating. but i usally watch strips alot. i hate fake sex and anal thats just digusting. if its acully alright
And not hardcore but still fake it still turns me on. but anyway i watch it all the time and want to stop watching it as often. maybe stop overall. bit i still like the stripping to jerk off to... anyway i dont wanna talk to my parents they wouldont understand id be sentecned to the block...i just dont know w:whoops:hat to do..any advice

Just stop watching porn. I'm sorry to be blunt but it's not a real addiction, not like alcohol or drugs, and there's not an actual addictive nature to it.

Stoping straight away can be a bit hard, so try and ween your self off it. For example if you watch porn 8 times a day try watching it 4, and just because you have the oppertuneity to watch it, doesn't mean you have to. For example if you watch it when your alone, sometimes try doing other stuff like homework, tv, play video game (but dont get addictied to that) or help around the house like hovering, tidy your room, wash up.
