Its a stupid question but i am wondering. My brothers ball sack hang unlike mine which are a round and close up to my dickhead. Do they drop lower during the final stages of puberty or is it genetic.

depends on your body temp. if ur really hot they hang lower to "air themselves out" and it your cold they "shrivel" close to your body so it can get warm.

By the end of puberty your balls will have dropped. Whether they are close to your dick or hanging low depends on the temperature. If it's cold, they become close and are tight. When it's hot, they hang low.

My balls naturally have a sag to them. So the only time mine are up close and tight is when they are cold. When I'm hot they sag and when I'm just at a normal temperature they sag too.

It mainly has to do with body heat. However, I think some people naturally have balls that hang lower than others.
