Ok, so ever since I was 12 the veins in my hands and arms tend to puff out so you can see the definition, as well as slightly see the color of the blood under the skin. Is this normal, and is there anything to watch out for?
Also the blood veins in the back of my wrist sometime look a light green with a blue tint to it.

I dont see that being a problem. The veins in my arms, hands, etc. do this as well

Yep cause they are veins not artery's :P

Its normal. Don't stress. Trust me, any Paramedic/Nurse/Doctor will love you for your well defined veins
