What could of caused the cut could of been from friction or even if his finger nails done it.

DUDE! YOU'RE OVRREACTING!!!!!! It isn't that severe. The "saw"ness is most likely from using too much force and the cut...well I have no explanation for the cut. I would see a licensed medical (yeah I know, embarrassing) just to be sure. Penile infection is not something to mess around with.
