MagSafe/Battery issue?

Hello.
Sometimes, when I plug my macbook pro into my magsafe, it says it's charged, even though it's not. The indicator light on the charger itself is green, and the battery meter in the OS shows this:

Anyone knows what's happening? It only happen's sometimes...

Maybe calibrate the battery first, then after letting it drain charge to 100% via power, then let it drain again and this time charge to 100% in the magsafe, and hopefully that should work, since you're letting each device charge the macbook seperately.
