Orgasm (boys) "switch" - a hypothetical question

Imagine you could have some kind of "switch" that determined what happened at orgasm but you can only have one such switch and it only has two positions. Assuming one position of the switch was normal, i.e. the orgasm is accompanied by ejaculation and the semen ejaculated contains sperm which of the two options in the poll would you choose for the other position?
