Can anybody give me some pointers. I want to get ripped. I got a Exercise thing on Christmas, and I've used it once. It was seen on TV (I'll post more details on that tomorrow). I was thinking on running into town and back. Use this Exercise thing. do push-ups and sit ups.

I know I need to loose some of my baby fat, Im scrawny. But I want Abs. I actually want to be able to take off my shirt. I can't afford to go the the gym, I can buy equipment slowly.

I know Diet is key as well. Which is why Im cutting eating at work (McD's), Candy and junk food. Drinking more milk. Im going to request my parents buy more raw veggies for me to eat, Chicken and lean beef. Now I do raise quail. Now will that be better than chicken???

If I can get help to just start me off. Maybe somebody for me to email or PM for support. That would be wonderful.

go to bodybuilding.com it has multiple articles that could get u where u want to be, dont think that u just want abs ok, u want a WHOLE body building, doesnt matter if u have abs if u have no legs right. and also i never had any dairy when i was getting ripped, neither did the bodybuilders that i talked to that i use to workout with, too much fat, even skim has milk sugar right, only good part about it is that it gives u calcium, if u need assistance just through me message

Yes, I want it all. Milk yes has to much fat, but its always good to have calcium. I don't want to take pills, as thats a unhealthy way on getting it. I'm cutting a lot out of my diet.

id stick to like low fat greek yogurt then, its a great source of calcium and u substitute it for mayo and sour cream if u get the plain flavour
