Who free runs and where abouts do u free run. Have you had any injuries

Ya I do it, and in the canyons and parks. I had one injury when I was running an trail and tripped over an rock. Messed up my ankle but got back up and ran some more.

Me and the tennis team free runs for the first hour of practice...we run through the overgrown forest and a course our coach put together...I cracked my skull open when I tripped and hit a tree
