Like title really,a lot of the time I bend /flex my left hand, especially left index finger,it makes a really loud snapping/clicking noise, sounds like a twig being stepped on.
Not 100% of the time ,maybe 5 or 6 out of 10,my fingers really ache at the end of the day,or in cold weather but dont fit with all the arthritus symptoms :L It hurts sometimes,. I havent broken any bones in the hand.
Like,just typing ths ,they'vedone it3/4 times :(
Much appreciated
Ali

Dont crack my knuckles,I hate the sound. I'm just movingmy fingers in a day to day way,or having hands relaxed, making a fist, then relaxing it again.
Shouldnt ache after a normal day of tasks/moving should it?I dont know ;) xx

I have almost the exact same problem. My hands kind of suck, and they're constantly aching / cracking for no reason. My knee is the same way. I've been to the doctor numerous times and he said the symptoms aren't arthritus.. so i'm not sure what it could be. Wearing a wrist brace helps a lot though, you should give that a try. also see a doctor.

Hmmm thats different, well i would say see a GP if it is as you describe. Could you be double jointed at all?
