I know this isn't 'sexuality', it's gender, but I dunno where else to put it.

I've always been this way and never wrote it down or tried to explain it, so here we go. I feel like, in short, I'm both genders. I have a female body, which I'm content with, but I also feel like sometimes it would be more comfortable if I was a boy, or that I am a boy. Ever since I was little. But I like being a girl too. I like being feminine, but I also like being masculine.

It's more than just liking Barbies and monster trucks, it's with identification. I identify with both genders... but that sounds so fucking stupid. But it's the only way I can explain it.

Is this more common than I think? Is there anyone else that feels this way who can explain this better than me?

There are people out there that identify as bi-gendered. That's something you might want to look up, there are others out there that feel like you. It's not stupid at all, people do identify as being bi-gendered.

I don't feel the same way as you, I identify as non-gendered, but I'm aware that there are many out there that identify the same way as you.

It's a little similar to this (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=135350) thread, just showing you that there are other people that feel very similar.
I know this gets told a lot but just be happy with who you are, you don't need to be able to explain it so you can label yourself. Be whoever you want, you just need to make sure you're comfortable with yourself, that's the most important thing.

I agree .. you should first of all be comfortable.. i dont think there's anything wrong .. but dont forget we have genders for a reason.

The last thing you said doesn't make sense but thank you.

The difference is that that person identifies as male, whereas in this case it's someone identifying as both male and female as they feel they are both, as far as my understanding of each person goes. There are many trans people out there who don't go through with surgery but that doesn't mean they feel like more than one gender, it just means they don't feel surgery is necessary. Being bi-gendered is a bit different because it's where you feel you are both genders, rather than just one.

At the end of the day, only you will know your true identity. Like the above poster said, it's about making sure you're comfortable with yourself. If you feel you're both male and female, then you could very well be bi-gendered. If you feel you're male but in a female body and don't plan on surgery, then you're male. It's all about what's in your head and not what's down there.
