I've always been a bigger guy, but when I hit puberty and grew taller I slimmed down. I was about 6'1' and 175lbs. That was last year about, and now this year, i don't know whats going on, i just started putting weight on and I hate it. I weigh around 215, and my belly feels like it's huge. I'm really out of shape and sweaty all the time, and none of my clothes fit. I keep trying, and just can't lose the weight. Any suggestions?

well that guy wasn't very helpful. Idk man, maybe try only drinking water, instead of soda and stuff? That could help, along with running, bike machine etc...

Insanity is a great program for you, in 1 Insanity program workout (doing the program once) you could lose up to 30 lb. and lose anywhere from 5-25% body fat. P90X is great too.
Or just do lots of cardio and strength training with healthy eating.

You don't need to go on a crazy crash diet, or do any of the crazy work out plans.
Just eat healthier and exercise a bit. Know what your limits are, but try to progress and do more with your exercises as time goes on. If you have a bike, try cycling, it's calm and enjoyable, and a good way to get a quick workout. As for your diet, try cutting out the carbs; I'm not saying to throw it all out the window, but if you don't need bread, pasta, potatoes or crackers/chips, then don't eat it.

Try drinking 8oz of water and having an apple before any other meals/snacks. That seemed to help me.

Your best bet is to get with a trainer who can assess your body for what it really is, and get an idea of your diet. They can create a custom program for you and how to get your diet on the right track.
Circuit training is showing awesome results. It really gets you the best cardio workout in the shortest amount of time. And you also get some muscle building in there too.

You need more proteins and less carbs in your diet.
Earlier nights.
More water and zinc.
Some exercise, a well managed diet and lots of discipline! :D
