Feel so sad. My family and I have been told that we have to move back to Europe after living here for 7 years in the US. Have to leave in 2 days. Any advice on how to cope with this matter.

Honestly bud, hang in is really the best, use Facebook to keep in touch with your friends, find things you enjoy doing and keep doing them so you do not try alternative methods....

What if I do not have one.

I would make one anyways, many of my friends went out of state for college so the only reason I use mine is for most of the friends...I also travel a lot with my family in the summers so I need to keep in touch...it is honestly a wonderful thing to have but it can be addicting.
I would also suggest that since Facebook can be addicting that wherever you go I would make new friends asap so you can keep yourself occupied...

That sucks but just do some hobbies in the mean time. Talk to someone here or outside of the internet to get your mind off of it.

Im sorry that this has happened. It's horrible leaving somewhere that you knew so well and it might feel like the end of everything but it isn't, don't think of it like that. Think of it as a new start, Im sorry it's over used I know, you can forget all those bad memories that you had, leave the enemy's you made and the places you didn't like and create a completely new life. That's a good thing about moving, you can forget all the bad memories but you will always remember the good ones.
Keep in touch with the people that meant something to you and when you get there don't sit around, get out and make friends, find out where things are, search the neighborhood and keep active and doing things.

I have had no real enemies in my life, but it is easier for me to go back because I know the language, and culture and have some old friends at Moscow but the thing is I will miss American Life style, and the warm weather in Southern California , but the best thing is I can still do sports for America.

Moving is hard, leaving from some where you call "home" is hard.
But stay strong during the move back to Moscow!
