I've seen people with a frozen face...what's that mean? And if you get banned Is there any chance of gettin a 2nd chance (even though I dont believe in 2nd chances)?

Bans are permanent but you can appeal it to an Admin...the frozen is as a punishment...

Bans rarely get over turned but, yes there is a small chance of a ban being over turned.

Second. frozen means you are not allowed to post in the forums yet you can still log on and post here the VT HQ.

Frozen also can be to stop people who are younger from remaining on the site and when they are 13 they get unfrozen.

Also frozen can be if you reach a level of infraction points.

They don't happen often but they sometimes do.

Theirs no law in asking questions. Some people just try to encourage the use of the search button which isnot a bad thing. But no law against asking appropriate questions

Well I do this from my stone age phone so some things I can't do...I can barely acess my profile so I get lazy and post questions rather than try and look for them hahaha XD...I wish I could get an avatar

Yeah. Frozen is just a temporary ban (up to two years), and banned is permanent unless it is repealed.
